Gateron Black

Updated on: 27 July, 2021

Gateron make some of the smoothest linear switches available. Gateron are also cheaper than both Cherry and Kailh, important if fully populating a 87-key or 120-key keyboard. The Gateron Black is a slightly heavier version of the red. Similar in feel to the Cherry MX Black, the higher activation force can cause finger fatigue after long gaming or typing sessions.
